Carbon Fiber Cloth, the substitute of reinforcement materials for concrete structures, is widely used in the seismic reinforcement fortifications.

Substrates can be concretes, masonry structures, steel structures, wood structures, and many other structures.

Cresting of RADAR-invisivle objects:reduction of contrast in scanning zone.
